At Lunn's Jewellers, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized courier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
